This privacy notice explains what personal information Nzurie Ltd collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights. Nzurie Ltd is the controller of your personal information.
When you contact us or use our enquiry form, and when we plan a trip for you, we collect:
If you book one of our Ayurvedic wellness programmes, we may need information about your health, medical conditions and medication so the centre and its physician can plan your treatment safely. This is special category information and receives additional protection. We only collect it with your explicit consent, at the point of booking, and we only share it with the centre delivering your programme. We never ask for health information through our website enquiry form.
We only send marketing to previous clients about similar journeys, and you can opt out at any time.
If children travel with you, we collect their names, dates of birth and passport details, and any dietary, health or accessibility needs, from the adult making the booking. We only use this information to arrange and deliver the trip. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not accept enquiries or bookings from anyone under 18.
Our website is hosted by Webflow. When you submit our enquiry form, the information you enter is stored by Webflow and sent to us. Webflow may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for collecting and using your personal information.

To deliver your trip, we have to send some of your personal information to suppliers in the countries you are visiting. These currently include Kenya, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Mauritius.
These countries do not have a UK adequacy decision. We make these transfers because they are necessary to carry out our contract with you (Article 49(1)(b) of the UK GDPR). We only send what each supplier needs to deliver your booking.
